You can read everything here without telling the site anything about yourself. Below is the short list of what gets counted anyway, and what a partner link passes on when you click it.

In plain terms

The site stores nothing in your browser and has no way to collect a name or an address: there are no accounts, forms, comments or newsletters.

Every font, image and script comes from this domain. The site's security policy tells your browser to refuse anything from elsewhere, so no outside company can watch you read a page.

The tool

Page views are counted with Umami, open-source software that we run on our own server and reach through this domain. It works without cookies.

What a visit adds to the count

One page view, with the page address, the time, the referring site if your browser sends it, your country, the browser family and the device type. A click on a partner link is counted too, with the page it happened on.

What it cannot tell us

Who you are. Whether you have been here before. What you do on any other site. Nothing in the count is tied to a person, and nothing is sold or passed to advertisers, of which there are none.

Hosting

Where the site runs

The files sit on rented servers in the European Union. Cloudflare delivers them to you and blocks abusive traffic on the way.

To send you a page, the server and Cloudflare have to handle the internet address your request comes from, and both keep ordinary technical logs for a limited time. We do not match those logs against the visit statistics or use them to identify anyone. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs what it keeps.

A button like "Meet someone" takes you to a dating service operated by a different company, which may pay us if you register.

The link carries two labels: this site, and the page you clicked on. That is how the partner knows where a sign-up came from. It contains nothing about you.

After the click

You are on someone else's site, under their terms, with their cookies. Whatever you type there goes to them. Read their privacy policy before creating an account. How this arrangement funds the site is set out on the about page.

Data about you

We keep no record of any individual reader, so there is no personal file to request, correct or erase.
